Here's how I see it.

These feeders at the public trough have finally figured out that if their jobs truly depend upon conventions and visitors, then they are truly fecked.

But if the change the name, then they can continue to abscond with lots of public money while delivering nothing to the community and claim that they're being Positively Cleveland!

I'm going to go bang my head against a wall now. It feels so good when I stop.
