Can you still vote for someone even if you don't really like them?

Today's Obamaism:
Barocrates (buh-ROK-ruh-teez) n. An obscure Greek philosopher who pioneered a method of teaching in which sensitive topics are first posed as questions and then evaded.

Example: While Obama is well-trained in the Barocratic method, many less-capable politicians have had mixed success with the technique.

I voted for John Kerry without really liking him. So yes, I think it can be done.

I mean, I didn't dislike him, but I wasn't really feelin' him either.

Of course that question was completely rhetorical knowing that all Dems felt that way about Kerry. The obvious difference in this case is that people actually like the entire Obama family, so there is passion behind his candidacy. That's the intended humor of the post title because you should be hard pressed to find people (outside of staunch conservatives) who don't "really care for that Obama guy."
